New Communication and Public Relations Officer

Sea Alarm is pleased to announce that Rosalie e’Silva joined Sea Alarm in November 2008 as the Communication and Public Relations Officer. Rosalie initially worked for Sea Alarm for a three-month period from February and has rejoined the team on a more permanent basis.

 Rosalie is a graduate of law specializing in international trade law and has a strong background in animal protection legislation. She is passionate about marine conservation and is eager to use her skills to raise awareness of the importance of oiled wildlife preparedness and response and to promote Sea Alarm’s mission globally.
